Booking information
When you book a visit or request a quote, we collect your name, Pakistani mobile number, device model, and reported fault. You can optionally attach photos of the broken device.
How your data is used
Your contact details are used solely to create your repair job card, provide a price quote, and coordinate your visit. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third-party advertisers.
AI chat data
When you use the chat assistant, your message is sent to AI providers (Anthropic through OpenRouter, Google AI Studio and Groq) to write a reply. This site does not store these messages. Do not type your name, number or other private details into them.
Data storage and security
A booking is saved in the shop's Google Sheet and emailed to the shop, and any photos you attach are saved in the shop's Google Drive. Only Adnan Ali and the shop's technical team can open them. The shop uses them to manage repair job numbers (RT-####).
